Our Motivation

Our founder, Steven Senghera, came from a family with more than 25 years of experience in real estate investment. After spending over 5 years in the construction field, he decided to make a change, and The Prestige Property Group was born. At Prestige, we know how painful it can be to make a bad investment decision because of misinformation, and we’re here to make sure that doesn’t happen to you.

When he graduated, he wasted his entire life savings on a really sub-standard car - his first car, in fact. And it hurt. All that hard earned money wasted in an instant because he wasn't able to spot a lemon.

Launch

Once we have all the webpages ready to rock, we press enter and launch the listing on all of our media outlets. The listing will be live on Paragon (for realtors only) right away, and will take 24-48 hours to hit all the public sites, creating maximum exposure for you.

What’s our commission structure?
The commission structure that we have created for you as clients, is that you are only required to pay 7 percent on the first $100,000 of the sale price and 2.5 percent on the remaining balance. For example, if the home is sold at a price of $1,000,000 then 7 percent on the first $100,000 would come to $7000 and the remaining balance would be calculated at 2.5 percent on $900,000 which adds up to $22,500. Thus the total commission comes out to $29,500.
We as buyers, are we required to pay for the buyer agent’s commission?
Generally, the selling agent will split his commission with the buyers agent. Therefore, covering the cost of the buyers agent. Hence, there won’t be extra costs on your end.
Why should I use a real estate agent?
A real estate agent is more than just a sales person. A real estate agent may act on your behalf, providing you with advice and guidance when buying or selling a home. Due to the constant changing of the market, the information available on listings is not always 100% accurate. There are times when you need the most current information about what has sold or is for sale, and the only way to get that is with a real estate agent. If you are in the market to buy, it would be advisable to use a Buyer's Agent. They can make recommendations on what terms and prices to offer as well as negotiating a deal with your best interest in mind.
How should I price my home?
You must take into account the prevailing state of the real estate market and especially local market conditions. The real estate market continually changes, and market fluctuations affect property values. So it is critical to determine your listing price based on the most recent comparable sales in your neighborhood. It would be a good idea to get a Free Consultation with us to know the value of your property.
Who is responsible for making repairs, if any, as a result of home inspection reports conducted for the buyer?
Because the buyer orders one or more home inspections doesn't obligate the seller to make repairs or modifications as a result of those inspections. Typically, however, inspection reports are used to negotiate repairs of major problems, or environmental or safety hazards that may be noted. The purchase contract should provide guidance for these negotiations.
